Based on the reviews on Unilocal and being that it is practically down the street from me, I went here with my son as we need a few of his pants to be altered. Very nice lady helped us. Asked if I needed the 3 pairs back the same day and I said that the next day would be fine. And because my son is young and is growing, she said that she will alter the pants so we can take a hem down when he grows out of the new hem. Works for me. I’m picking up the pants later today and will be dropping off another. If everything turns out well, I’ll be coming back here quite a bit for more alterations for sure and whatever other dry cleaning I may have.

The family that runs this shop are all very nice. I always bring my clothes here to get cleaned and never had a problem.

i hope to god that the owner reads this. i was supposed to have my dress done by saturday being that it is my event. me not knowing how dry cleaners worked being im still young, wasnt aware that they closed so early. i never got the call to pick up my dress and when i went to go check they literally just closed 30 minutes prior to when i got there. please if the owner sees this please go to the store !!! i left a note on the door with my name and number, i saw my dress on the maniquin! my number is also with your neighboring stores. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CALL ME !! MY PARTY IS TODAY AND I NEED THAT DRESS!

The cutest Korean lady runs this shop. She loved that my name was Kim and every time I tried on a dress for her to pin for alterations she was overjoyed at how cute it was on me. If I could put her in my pocket and take her home with me I would.
It’s a no frills shop in a standard valley strip mall, but I totally recommend taking your clothes to her for alterations. She was willing to turn the clothes around super fast (and I brought 7 pieces!) and it is the cheapest I have ever paid for tailoring. Seriously a good deal.
I would have given five stars if they offered some kind of eco-​dry cleaning (is that just a clever marketing ploy or does ecologically friendly dry cleaning really exist???). I can’t actually vouch for the dry cleaning!

Anytime I’m in the valley and I need to get my laundry done, I always know I can go here and get great service. They are fast and very efficient. I had a dress recently that I needed altered and they were able to do it right away… Nothing better than that!
