Not worth the money
Bed separates, called customer service sent a part but was an ordeal to get techs to come out. Wanted to charge for repairs and we only had bed for a month, so much for a 25 year warranty. Techs were nice but told me a better fix would be Velcro, unfortunately it’s still separating and I am afraid to do the Velcro. The techs also fixed another problem which has resurfaced again after about a month. Not sure if there are lemon laws that cover beds but there should be, I think I want to go back to my 10 year old horrible mattress. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service ever at this location. Only one sales person who was making a sale so I received no help whatsoever. Found what I needed on my own and went to the register to pay. Sales rep said she wouldn’t ring me up until she was done with the sales write up she was working on which would be another 15 – 20 minutes. REALLY. She couldn’t take 5 minutes to ring me up??? This speaks much of management and the owner also. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I would give this store no stars if I could.

Don’t have anything good to say about Sleep Number except that you do get a good night sleep on the bed. However, here are the bad things that I experienced. Had to call the main sleep number customers service line and 3 out of 3 times they failed. Each time I called after explaining my problem they all came up with a diagnosis to rectify the problem, however they were rude, had to place me on hold for help themselves, and came up with a lot of double talk that had nothing to do with what the original problem was.
Finally after losing my patience I finally demanded to speak to a supervisor. That had its own drama from the rep giving me attitude, to a hang up, and silence to the telephone black hole. After speaking to the supervisor each of them were very apologetic and came up with an answer quickly and rectify the situation. Upon the end of the conversation with the supervisor they each said that they would bring the offense personally with appropriate manager that handled that employee.
So that’s the reason giving a one star because if 3 out of 3 were that bad, I would assume that maybe a lot of the customer service staff needs revamping. Very piss poor customer service for such an expensive bed. For that amount of money everything shot be spot on.

This bed is the MOST expensive AIR MATTRESS I’ve ever bought!!! I regret buying this bed 100%. We have had it for about 6 months now, and tried to give us time to adjust (and now we can’t return it), but we simply wake up every day in pain. Our back is very sore (even after having adjusted the numbers– which means take the air out or fill it higher/​harder) or when I’m sleeping on my side my shoulder area falls asleep so I wake up to rotate to the other side. The company contacted us a couple of months after the purchase to see how we didn’t like it and they actually sent us a 1 inch layer pad for free to place in it (but it smashes to a ²⁄₁₆ «when we lay on it so it doesn’t help. Also, when my husband puts his knee on the bed to get on it his knee hits the hard plastic box («box spring») because it goes all the way down through the air mattress.
Also, a problem with the sleep number is when I sit at the top to read and my husband sits at the bottom I go flying up a little and I weigh 152 pounds! This demonstrates the air mattress effect. This is not an ideal bed to buy. We have the C3. Do not buy any of the ones that have the air mattresses («air chambers» they call them) inside. Maybe the memory foam or another kind they sell would work, but I personally wouldn’t take the chance to buy there again there. We had a problem with delivery too. Some pieces came in the mail and the rest didn’t at the same time. So, if you are crunched for time… do not depend on them. I get the feeling they hadn’t ordered everything as they should have when they should have though.
We regret this purchase for the fact that we feel stupid for buying this air mattress, we wake up in pain, and do not know what to do now because we are over a thousand dollars in the hole. We can not afford a new bed now.

Cant say enough good things about this store. The sales staff was very attentive, quick, and helpful. I was able to find the exact bed with every thing I wanted. They were patient with me even after I kept leaving the store and coming back over and over. I was a little apprehensive at first but Im so glad I made the purchase. Best sleep of my life.
Even if you don’t buy a bed, you should really get some pillows here. Absolute game changer.
It can get busy on weekends, but don’t let that turn you away. Highly recommend this store and their products.

The sales people here are so incredibly nice and knowledgeable! They were able to help my boyfriend and I find the perfect bed to fit us both. They were patient the entire time, and worked with us despite us changing our minds every 5 minutes.
They even helped us picked out some beautiful sheets, insanely comfy pillows (an absolute must here!) and a few more accessories.
I’m so happy with our bed, and it was completely worth it. I can’t imagine sleeping in any other bed. After years and years of awful sleep, I feel like all my sleeping problems are solved with this bed. Not to mention my boyfriend had allergies with every type of pillow we ever got, but with these Select Comfort pillows he’s totally fine!
I kind of want to come back to this store just to hang out with the sales lady that helped me. She was so so sweet!

If I could give a 0 star I would. Made the huge mistake of buying these stupid air mattresses and their customer service is absolutely horrible. I don’t mean this store in particular but the whole Sleep Number customer service team that handles returns. We bought 2 mattresses and spent over $ 7000 and have had back pain since. Called to return it and they said no, tweeted and some case manager calls us and says they’ll return both mattresses but not the adjustable base. We finally agree to keep the $ 2000 base and call back to arrange a pick up and now they’re saying they will only let us return 1 bed. What kind of company does business this way? We don’t have time for games like this. They should be paying for my chiropractor bills for the pain this bed has caused. I guess the Better Business Bureau should hear about their shady business practices.

Great beds, but do not buy from this store. If you are looking to invest this kind of money in a mattress make sure to find the right person who is knowledgeable and can help you with your needs. My boyfriend and I were looking for a good mattress and we were both excited about the beds, but very disappointed in the service here. We sat on a few of the beds and tested out the different settings. The sales clerk who had been talking the whole time with her co-​worker b-​lined it to us when she noticed we were trying the different beds. She reprimanded us on changing the settings of the mattress and offered no further assistance. Isn’t the point of this mattress to be able to change the settings?
