I have been visiting this Location for the past two years. I have watched the transformation and staff come and go. This Location has the best team and management. The new manager, Conner, is new has changed the atmosphere for the better. The staff are friendly and know what the regulars drink. Most have been there for over a year. No. It’s not perfect. It is an extremely busy location and Saturday and Sunday mornings you may experience a longer than normal wait. But having said that I find the staff always trying to make your experience a great one and will do just about anything to make sure their customers are satisfied.

Good spot. Usually no lines, open space(inside and outside), and clean.

I’ve came to this Starbucks my last 2 times. I’ve had some difficult in the past few months with my drink– upside down venti iced Carmel macchiato. Sometimes people forget the shot or just somehow messed it up? Anywho I ordered my drink here and they made it PERFECT both times!!! I used to go to the one on Shirley and Plummer– Not Anymore! This one is way better and so much nicer too :-) Parking can just be really bad sometimes. And the baristas have been really friendly when I’ve gone in!

I really enjoy this Starbucks. Order is always right and made quickly! All of the employees have been super kind especially Matthew! What a sweetheart and is always friendly and in a good mood. Greets you with a smile and knows how to totally make a customers day.

Plenty of parking, plenty of seats in and outdoors, and polite service all factors to making a great starbucks location. It’s hard to find a spot that has everything all in one, but the only thing this location would add a major plus is it they had a drive thru. Especially when you’re on the go or on the way to work. This location definitely adds to bringing in customers cause it’s located in a plaza so if you have some other errands to attend to you, you would benefit by coming here. Definitely stopping by here in the future.

Honestly I never even bother writing bad reviews but I’ve given this place multiple tries and I’ve had it. the worst Starbucks I’ve been too. Expect to be there waiting for at least 25 minutes because the staff is slow, nonchalant and just rude. They take their sweet time and talk to each other as opposed to getting everyone’s drinks out on time. I’ve come here 20 minutes before a shift at my job which is three doors down, and ended up going in 10MINUTESLATE. That’s ridiculous. You’re job is customer service, and to be fast — the two things they are god awful at. they can’t make drinks either — they either put too much milk or too much coffee. Please consider rehiring all baristas, because multiple people have the same issue as me.

Love the remodeling they did at this location. They took over the bagel store that was next door. So there’s a lot of areas for sitting :)

This is one of the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to. There’s an ample amount of seats; however, it’s extremely cold ALLTHETIME and lacks in customer service. Blaine, you are the worst. He was busy talking to some lady while I was waiting at the register for over 5 minutes. Someone from the back had to come out to help me because he failed to even acknowledge the fact that I was there… standing. waiting… Then he failed to even make my drink until I told him that my drink wasn’t made. COMEON! Get your act together.

LOVE this location! Everyone is very sweet and the drinks are DELICIOUS! Parking isn’t always easy but it’s worth it.

My drink came out great, they even added the extra pump like I asked! I can definitely tell! But the floor has so much trash on it, needs to be swept and there is standing room only. And it is so loud I couldn’t hear my name called.

Would be nice if they spent more time acknowledging customers and not talking to friends who are off duty . Almost felt like I was being an inconvenience

I come here to knit with a bunch of buddies about once a week or so. The layout is awesome. But, the last time I was here which was several days ago the a/c was turned up super high. It was freaking cold. It’s like I have to wear a sweater inside an establishment even though it’s hot outside. The location couldn’t have been more perfect(near Ralph’s & other stores). Easy to get to from the 118.

Only giving this place 2 stars because of its convenience to home. I’ve been coming here since 2006 and the change in management over the years has made a negative impact for customers. I know that Starbucks Coffee Co has high standards in upkeeping the store; however, this location does an extremely poor job at this. Employees are supposed to be doing«lobbies» atleast a few times every hour(emptying full trash cans, making sure all milk is filled, etc). The condiment bar is always an absolute mess. From my understanding, from the minute a customer walks into the store to the point they walk out with their drink, the process should only take a few minutes(corporate standard). It takes me about 8 minutes(on an average day, NOT during a rush. theres about 5 employees on the floor) Management used to be great about customer experience and store presentation, but somewhere over the years, the overall experience has been declining. STARBUCKSPORTERRANCH is an important place in the neighborhood but is so poorly managed. Please send this location a manager who is competent for this higher volume location.

What a major re-do on this location! It’s been a little over a year since driving through this area as we used to stop here all the time. The bagel store next door closed(sad) to allow the expansion which makes for a beautiful layout. It’s obvious the planners put some thought into this job and did not do a «blow in and blow out job» The service was excellent and the staff obviously loves working not just for Starbucks but at this location.

I think it is worth noting that this place is different since it has been remodeled and is in a bigger space. Now, it reminds me of something out of a movie. Spacious with lots of room to meet with friends both indoors and outdoors. The staff is fantastic. I saw today on the counter that they are now offering these rapid charger rings. I didn’t try it, but that’s pretty neat if you want to stay and work for a while. I really love how open the whole place feels now. They are fast and friendly, and that’s what Starbucks is great for — consistency, quickly. good stuff.

I go to this Starbucks a lot because I work nearby and I’m an iced coffee addict. Location wise, the parking area is terrible. I’ve once had to park near Ralph’s just to get over here. I love the renovation though I remember a couple years back how tiny it was. Now it’s so spacious I love it. Today I decided to try the new red velvet frapp. I saw it in my Starbucks email, and when I told the the barista she looked at me like I was insane. Come on management! Inform your employees! Anyways after figuring that out and showing her my email I waited and finally I heard my name and I was sad looking at it! It was brown instead of red like the picture and it tasted terrible :( No bueno.

I love how the store was recently renovated. They doubled their size and have tons of tables and seating inside and out to chill and study. It’s also located in a large plaza with tons of parking. The only downside is their service. This Starbucks, hands down, has the worst service ever. I’m always here and learned crowded or not, service is always slow and terrible. If you’re not happy working there, maybe you shouldn’t work there. It’s like it pains some of them to crack a smile. Their consistency to forget my drink and food order amazes me. And when they do make some of the drinks. It’s just terrible. If you want to drink chunks of matcha in your Green Tea Latte, order it here!

Holy Moly! I hadn’t been here in years and when I visited last weekend, I hardly recognized the place. I know this may come off as old news but they have completely changed/expanded this location. It looks great and is a lot more spacious. I heard they are in the midst of getting approved for a beer and wine license. Can you imagine coming to Starbucks on a Friday night to have some beers with your buddies?!? Can’t wait… This is going to be great!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for the past 8 years off and on… Until the recent remodel. After they expanded and added more seating outside and inside, I have not been able to stop coming. I am obsessed with the new look and how easy it is to find somewhere to sit and study. Also, I find it more enjoyable when I come to this Starbucks just to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and conversation with friends. Not to mention, this plaza has so many other things available that it just makes everything beyond convenient!
