Honest and fair. If you have an issue the first words out of the owners mouth is let’s see if we can fix it! Not hey you need a new a/​c/​system! I had this happen to me with Kingwwod air and John Moore!!! Thank goodness I found J&H they saved me a ton of money!!! Both previous places quoted me about 13,000.00 for a new system!!! When J&H came out the owner checked out my unit and said it was just a capacitor and only charged about 150.00!!! Had him check my whole system and all the rest was fine. I know from now on who I am calling for my a/​c work as I hate to get ripped off!
