. I’ve been sitting in line for 15 minutes I do not know why its taking so long to get anything going here people are starting to honk their horns behind in everything

I had a good experience here my order was taken correctly my food was hot and fresh and the lady at the window was very nice that’s all I ask from fastfood restaurants

I have always liked this JIB until recently. The store is not as clean as it used to be. The food isn’t as good as it used to be. The staff has changed, not as friendly as the people that had been there for years. Today I was served the wrong sandwich, which was in a bag when I told the guy dine-​in. Of course I had opened the sandwich and I took it to him, explained the situation (got no apology) and he wrapped up the sandwich and put it back up to serve to someone else! He didn’t care that I touched the sandwich. I would not want to receive a sandwich that went to a customer and was returned. This sandwich was out of his sight! I could have done something to that sandwich and he didn’t care (of course I didn’t, but still!). Not the same clean, friendly store it used to be.
