Porter Pediatric and Adolescent Associates

I’ve been bringing my kids here for 3 years now and generally have good experiences. The doctors are all very professional and knowledgeable. Wait times are decent. The reception staff is very nice The offices, waiting rooms and exam rooms are all kept very clean. It’s fairly easy to get appointments, even though they are quite busy. I have felt concern from the doctors when I’m being the worried mom. They listen and give good advice.
My one problem here has been that I have concerns about the vaccination schedule and prefer to vaccinate my kids on a slower schedule with fewer vaccines at a time. Some of the nurses that work here don’t seem to understand this and have treated me poorly or tried to pressure me which I don’t appreciate. The doctors, on the other hand, have been more tolerant of my concerns and have at least respected my position. I believe we all have a choice and I appreciate it when my choices are respected.
Other than that though, I have been very happy with Porter Pediatrics and think they do excellent work!
