I work in the area and have been to this location a handful of times. The staff has been very friendly and professional each time and will continue to return because of that!

I’m a regular customer at this location, as I drive through at least twice a week in the morning on my way into work. Being on the freeway feeder road, the drive-thru gets backed up quite frequently. Most weekday mornings they are getting hammered with customers, but the staff is ALWAYS smiling and very friendly. The team dynamics of the crew working the window is usually light-hearted and fun, and they rarely seem flustered despite the volume of business. Sometimes service is slow, but when you get to the window, there’s usually someone ready to greet you or make a comment which makes the morning just a little bit better. When it comes to customer service, Leah and Amanda are on my short list of favorites. Never had a wrong order, which is something I can’t say for other locations.

Not my usual Starbucks I go to but the coffee was ok. The help could have smiled at least. Not very friendly. Kinda felt like I was inconviniencing her by asking for some classic sugar. I’ll go back but only because my husband drives a wrecker in this area and we like coffee to keep us awake at night.

It’s a Starbucks, the service is hit or miss, depending upon which baristas are working. However, even in its worst conditions, this is the cleanest men’s room on 59, from Livingston to Houston.

Wish I could say this new Starbucks rocked, but unfortunately they didn’t. I ordered my usual holiday drink, decaf peppermint white mocha, and had to wait forever for them to make it. Although the employees were nice, the service was super slow and not up to par with what I expect from Starbucks. However, all the employees are new and with it being the only Starbucks in a 10 mile radius I’m sure they were probably over whelmed with the pressure of customers, and trying to get all the orders right. I’ll give them sometime and update my review. All in all the employees were pretty good. Good job and thanks for the hot coffee guys!
