Here lies an above average 7-Eleven. They have beverages, the company’s food specialties and of course your typical conveniences. This location is near a lot of foot traffic from Mount Tabor Park and it’s on a hill, so it is certainly convenient in where it is placed. You can go here while you wait for the bus which is nice. 7-Eleven does exist for a purpose. The food is familiar and oftentimes inexpensive. Prices in general were good, though not great, except with regards to the the food. My cashier was friendly. This might even be good by convenience store standards. It is fairly sizable. A lot of the food is still overpriced, but not bad. You can get a lot, even good deals if you try. This is a place to go to when the time calls for it.

I attended mt tabor middle school which is right there… there was not a single day all three years of my middle school I didn’t go in there !!! At the time it was owned by Joe he was the sweetest man ever he was like the grandpa we never had .!! He would always always give us free slurpees and get snacks if we were hungry he would ask for some our report cards and he would give us free ice cream he grew on us and the end of my high school(I visited regularly) he told me he was selling the store to go take care of his restaurant and be with his wife it was sad but I understood… The people who bought the 711 are really good people they treated us just like joe did. I moved to NYC after H. S and when I returned I had discovered that joe passed away! RIP Joe you were a great man to us ! Mahalo for all your kindness towards us !
