911 Restoration

If this review were based solely on the men that repaired the damage they would have 5 stars! Rob and Mason were awesome. They made an extremely upsetting situation doable. My water heater leaked out to my finished, carpeted daylight basement. They were there almost everyday monitoring the dryout explaining next steps. They moved everything for me and moved it back. Very professional and very helpful. I would use them again in a minute. The reason for the low rating is their office. I was quoted $ 1000 and when insurance was involved it went up to over $ 2500 with no communication to me until the final invoice. I never received a plausible explanation and I asked several times. The office staff (Derek) confined his questions always about the insurance. So the only recommendation I would advise others is once you get the estimate call their office before the work is done and say you want an invoice for that amount. But in terms of getting your problem restored they rock!
