AAA Towncar

AAA Towncar truly is «as good as it gets!» I have used AAA Towncar services for many years now. I never have to worry about arriving late since AAA Towncar always arrives 15 minutes before the departure time I’ve designated. AAA Towncar defines reliable. The luxury cars are beautifully maintained. This company offers quality in every small detail… because quality is no small detail for them. Five Stars are not enough praise for this incredible company.

What you want and need in a towncar service: Punctual — always a few minutes early to allay any concerns. Communicative — I always know where and when the pickup will happen via text. Courteous — I’ve been a customer for years and years — Never have had a single issue or problem, and always greeted with a smile! Clean — the cars are always spotless with no odors or stains — obviously pride runs in the family. I highly recommend.

I’ve used AAA towncar 2 x per week for over 10 years now… they are great. always on time. clean car. safe and good drivers. I’ve never had a bad experience. They are dependable and hospitable.

I have been using AAA for over a year now, and the service is excellent! Whether Mo the owner picks me up, or Joe, they are always early to pick up at home, and waiting for me on time at the airport. I left another company for being late, and leaving me stranded at the airport on more than one occasion. It doesn’t get any better than AAA.

Exemplary service! Mr. Mo the owner drove us from. Vancouver, WA to PDX airport. He was a gracious and entertaining man. He even waited 30mins for us because he was early and was already in the area. When we arrived from our vacation, we met Joseph a nice, young gentleman. Over all their service is excellent and I will use them again for future trips. More power to you!

I started using AAA Towncar via the raving reviews and recommendations from my colleagues at the office. The first time using this service was such a great experience, that now I see why my entire office uses this company. Mo is a great business owner and driver.
They are always prompt to take my calls and schedule the service, always on time, and very friendly. Mo always gets your flight information so that he knows exactly what time to pick you up. And even when I have been stuck at the airport in another city, I have been able to call him to get updates on my flight.
All of the drivers are nice, prompt, and professional. I now use this service everytime I go out of town and have started recommending them to all of my friends in the area as well. Hands down, best Town Car Service I have EVER taken.

I gave it 2 stars because they were quick to respond. His emails and calls to me were less than professional.
He picked me up early. Another pro/​con.
He then proceeds to miss my entrance to the freeway an cuts across the traffic to get me onto the freeway. He then almost hit the side of the wall at the airport. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was drunk!
He also didn’t say a word to me the entire time. I’ve taken car services and this is the worst I’ve ever seen. 50 dollars wasted and then he wants a tip and doesn’t even say have a good flight when I didn’t give him a tip!!!

I have been using this company for my transportation needs over the last 7 years. They are very reliable, always on-​time with clean cars and experienced drivers! Call them if you need a ride in Oregon or Washington area!
