So you know up front, I didn’t purchase here but wanted to say that the gal that «helped» me on the phone was too curt and didn’t have the sound in her voice like she was happy to help me find the part I was looking for. Other than dealing with her I can’t speak to the quality of the business overall.

I only went to this quaint little appliance shop because it is practically across the street from my home. Boy am I glad I did! I believe paul has serviced every appliance that I own, and even sold me a large freezer at an outstanding price. They have been servicing appliances so long that they have a good working knowledge of vintage and modern appliances and do a good job fixing both. Low prices, good service, I don’t think I’ll ever go any place else as long as I live in Portland!
