Dean came over the very next day to fix my high efficiency washer. He was super efficient, gave me new hoses, tightened everything up and leveled it so it will stay put. He cleaned up the area even sweeping under the appliances. He offered advice to keep my other appliances in good working order. He explained each cost and I feel it was a fair price to pay for time spent. I’m super happy with his work! Thanks Dean!

I looked through the reviews of a lot of different companies and Dean’s reviews really stood out to me.
I had a problem with my washing machine and Dean came to repair it. He was just as prompt, professional and helpful as described in the other reviews. I was super pleased by this.
He went to work immediately, got it fixed promptly, and charged a fair price. I couldn’t be happier! I offer my enthusiastic recommendation to give Dean a try.
Will definitely call him for any similar situations in the future!

Dean of Advanced Appliance Solutions just left after repairing a wall oven, which had quit working just before Thanksgiving, and the door of our dishwasher. He was respectful, quick and both appliances are working great. With the holiday approaching, I’d called a few other appliance repair businesses, but none could make it out before Thanksgiving. Dean was the first able to come before the holiday. Am I ever grateful. Not only did he come out early Monday morning after a Friday phone call, but he also did a great job.

Simply impressed. I called to have my dryer fixed first thing in the morning and spoke with them about the problem. I text a picture of the make and model of the clothes dryer and by the time I got home from work it was taken care of. Incredibly respectful and helpful to my wife, he diagnosed the problem, fixed it and explained why it had happened. When they were done they gave us a walk through our other appliances and how to maintain them. Incredibly impressed and have already recommended them. Don’t waste your time looking further on Unilocal… You have found the best repair service around!

Discovered a leak under our dishwasher. Called Dean at Advanced Appliance Solutions late Monday afternoon. He was here Tuesday morning. Based on my layman’s description of what was dripping, he arrived with the exact part needed and replaced it quickly. He then did a quick walk-​through of all our appliances giving helpful tips to keep them going strong. Will surely use them for any future appliance repair needs.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. As the other reviewers stated, he arrived on time, put on shoe covers, diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator quickly and fixed the refrigerator. His prices were fair and his work flawless. He left the refrig cleaner than when he started! I especially liked that he left a printout on maintaining all the household appliances.

We just had our cooktop repaired — a very complicated procedure actually — and I want to HIGHLY recommend a young man,
Dean Spencer, from Advanced Appliance Solutions, Inc. 503−575−8372.
He responded within minutes to my call, was extremely polite and arrived exactly when he said he would. He put on shoe covers, spread a cloth when he had to remove the stove top, and left not a trace of mess behind (he had to drill one of the burners out). His rate is more than fair and he even checked my drier hose, which needed shortening and fixed our refrigerator door (broken for 2 years) at the last minute —
