AGS installed my windshield with no problems. They showed up to my house, we went over the particulars, I signed the paperwork (as I had a meeting and would not be able to do it after the install) and that was that. After my meeting, I went down to check out the new windshield. Everything looked great and clean… they cleaned the dashboard and everything around the windshield. No leaks. Job well done.

I would NOT hesitate to send everyone to AGS wit their auto glass needs. I woke the other morning to find my drivers window smashed in with the usual missing trinkets one finds after a break-​in. While AGS couldn’t with my loss, they helped with prompt, professional, friendly service and a decent price. I believe Jarret is the owner. The guy went out of his way to try and find the broken window motor for my car as well, checking out scrap yards for the piece. While unsuccessful, I was grateful he tried, I now know what I need.
They pulled right up to my house, had more door torn apart, glass replaced, re-​assembled and the car vacuumed in under 30 minutes. A+ Heaven for bid I will need them again, but if I do, I know who I am calling.
UPDATE: Jarret tried to jack the price by $ 15 from what he originally told me, as if I wouldn’t catch wise. He never did call back about the window motor like he said he would. Seems is was all good up to the end of the transaction. Dropping to three stars.

Put in bad windshield. Caused over $ 1000 in damages to vehicle. Refused to pay damages even though certified mechanics said faulty seals on windshield. I’m pretty sure they are NOT insured as they refused to give out insurance company, which would of been an easy solution. Said they would pay damages, now ignoring all my calls and stalling for time, lying to me and now I have to go thru small claims court to get my settlement. Please be warned. They are not an upstanding company at all! Don’t believe the website. Wish someone would of warned me. Also, look them up on Better Business Bureau website. They have 2 major complaints filed with a rating of F.

Rolling up to my car in a cab the other morning and seeing an empty space where a window used to be was not the best feeling in the world. But it happens, right? And while it was somewhat fun to drive around with plastic duct-​taped to my car for a couple of days, alas, the rain is upon us and I needed to take care of it toute de suite.
I’ve got zero complaints about either of my experiences with AGS. I was referred to them by my insurance agent to replace my windshield awhile back and used them again today to replace the window. They are easy to get a hold of, responsive, and quick! They will come to you, which is great. They initially gave me a pretty big window of what time they could show up to my office, and were agreeable when I needed to modify that slightly. They even called to ask if they could come earlier than anticipated!
Thirty minutes after their arrival and one quick signature later, it was a done deal. Too bad some dummy smashed out my window, but AGS made the repair totally painless.
