In Oregon from out of state, using a borrowed car, I foolishly mucked up the rear bumper backing into a big rock at a state park. This was on a weekend. I had a flight to catch late Monday and wanted to get it fixed before leaving.
I stopped by one other body shop Monday morning and the guy said they were a couple weeks out. Then I tried Alpina. I explained the fix I was in to the owner, Vasi (sp?), and he was truly wonderful about it. He agreed to meet my timeline (3 pm the same day) which required diverting guys from projects they were already working on. I came back at 3 and they were just finishing up. They popped the freshly painted bumper back on like new, I paid the reasonable cost, and I rushed off to return the car and catch my flight. Just in time.
