I have literally shopped here for years. The couple of the guys who have worked here forever are pretty much the rudest people on the planet. However for the most part they know what they’re talking about except for one guy who is rude and very unknowledgeable. I don’t understand why they keep employees who don’t want to be there. I have a business account here and after my last visit to the stark Street location I will be looking to add my business account to someone here in Vancouver Washington I am tired of being treated like a second class citizen when I go into this store especially after how much money I spend here and have spent there over a 10-​year period but I am tired of it. I’m at the point where the discount I get for having a business account there is not even worth dealing with the rude customer service and very very unpersonablle staff. When you shopped somewhere for 10 years you would expect that they might even know your name instead of acting like they’ve never seen you before every time you go in. I know their business won’t go upside down because I don’t shop there anymore but I will not promote this company any longer

Yikes! There is plenty of rude service and weird energy. I’m not spending anymore dollars here. I never review and felt compelled as too help others pick a better shop to support.

Amazing little shop! They had everything I needed and more. I highly recommend them. They are fairly priced! Lets say I left the store with a lot for only spending $ 55. Shane and the rest are informative and extremely friendly.
