Anthony’s attention to every detail was flat out impressive. Somehow he was able to convince the buyers to take our offer, we were one of (10) on a very competitive property, that is where most agents stop, that is where he really started. He was present at the inspection, making sure to lobby for our needs when I could not be there, he worked with our mortgage broker, the appraiser and the title company to make sure everything was done right. He caught 4 or 5 things that I would not have seen. For these reasons I would emphatically recommend Anthony as the top realtor in the area.

Anthony does an amazing job of putting forth tremendous effort as if you are his only and top priority. We were thoroughly impressed with his work ethic and especially that he went the extra mile on every little detail. We hope to be able to reccomend our friends to him and even use him again in the future. Stellar performance from beginning to end to post-​sale!

My wife and I moved to Portland, OR almost a year ago. Last August, Anthony started taking us out to look at properties. During the course of the last year and through many mind changes (condo in the city? big old school house in the NE?) Anthony took us out and did so with a smile. We must have looked at over 40 places in person and probably over 80 online. He probably spent more than 40 hours on us a lone, which is more than we could have asked for. Whenever we buy our next property, it won’t be a question as to who we call first.

I bought my first house with Anthony so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Anthony was great to work with. I initially found a house after 6+ months of looking. Anthony did a great job of bringing things to my attention that I would have never thought about. At some points he was nice enough to actually talk me out of certain properties which either showed he didn’t like making money or he really did care that I was happy with what I found.
In the end I ended up backing out of the deal that was accepted. Life had changed and I no longer wanted to be in the area I was looking and decided to put things on hold. Anthony proved to be very patient with me. After about a year I called him back up and with my fiancé, we were lucky enough to find a place we loved in the first day of looking.
What people probably don’t realize about buying a house is that the process does not end for the realtor once the house is found. That is really the starting point. Anthony walked us through the entire process, through paperwork, extra days of just going to the house so we could measure… etc.
All in all he was probably at the property 30 times to let in the furnace guys, electricians, inspectors, etc. I couldn’t have asked for a better guy to work with as his responsiveness and knowledge were A++
