We stopped in for lunch today, and tried a handful of their appetizers. 1 – 10(10 being great) –Boneless Buffalo wings(hot) The sause was not hot but rather had more vinager taste the anything, not impressed scored a 4 –Thai shrimp salad, nothing special in the least. Score 2 –Nacos, these were really good in taste and flavor, a little cold and could use a little more cooking time but not under the broiler. Score 8 — Chicken tacos wontons Not bad, needs more flavor and less cooking on the wontons, almost burnt. Score 6 Siracha shirmp, was very good, chicken was crispy and full of flavor, our favorite for sure. Score 9 Service was very good and prompt, out sever was a sweetheart but does need to learn cocktails and the bar side. Score 9 The restaraunt in a whole was clean and neat for the most part at 2pm. Score 8 Although we tend to never go to chain restaurants, this one gets our highest ratings for sure.

Pretty standard fare for Applebee’s. The 2 for $ 20 is a guilt free mid week night option. Staff are friendly and welcoming. No complaints. Never an issue with the food.

I will give one star because we like the waitress. She was very friendly and had a smile the whole time. I had the festa lime chicken and my husband had a steak. The meal was not good at all very salty chicken was dry and the steak was over cooked. No more eating at apple bees for us.

Typical chain. I’ve never had a truly disgusting meal at Applebee’s, but it’s never very good either. Had a chocolate lava cake there once that wasn’t even warm… just a solid chunk of chocolate inside. Yep.

Server was friendly but the boneless buffalo wings were dry and tasted like butter. I would rate the service poor because I had to request to have my bill fixed to get the happy hour discount and the food was terribly slow. In their defense, my appetite may have made the wait feel longer and my server may have been new. I’ll give them one more try on a Monday, any burger for 5.99 after 4pm, don’t think you could beat that.

A couple years back, I used to really enjoy going to Applebee’s for their happy hour deals. I stopped by a couple days ago, and while the deals are still good, I was a bit disappointed. From 3−5pm and 9pm-close on weekdays, they have a limited selection of appetizers available for half price; and their house margarita and beer specials are available all day long. The food was pretty good, the servings are definitely on the generous side so remember not to overorder! Our group tried the Potato Twists(?), Artichoke Dip, Mozarella Sticks, and Nachos. I personally really liked the fried potatoes, they’re light and crispy with a spicy white cheese dip – I could eat a ton of this stuff! I also ordered the Southwest Shrimp Pasta and Chinese Chicken Salad off their 2 for 20 menu. The Chicken salad was on the dry side and not as good as I remembered, while the pasta smelled delicious but was also a bit too dry for my liking. –1 star because I miss getting their delicious mudslides for half off :(
