Ron called at around 9:20 to give me a two-hour window and was there right at the start of that window — at 10 AM. By 10:30, he’d fixed the washing machine. The total cost came to $ 151. It was $ 119 for the service call and labor, and $ 32 for the replacement part (a coupler between the engine and transmission).
