I’ve been living in Aquarius properties since moving back to Maine in October of 2012, and I couldn’t be happier. In a city where there are almost no available apartments, and tenants seem to be at the mercy of landlords, Aquarius (including owner, Linda, and her staff) is a gem. Any issues with the apartments have been few and far between and are immediately handled. Safety features (such as smoke and CO2 detectors) are always maintained. Neighbors are pleasant. In short, if you’re looking for an excellent place to live and a great management company, definitely contact them for openings.
