Arby’s

They got my order wrong so I drove back from home (about .5 mi away) to get a new sandwich. They gave me a new sandwich, but instead of throwing my old one away, they left in on the counter as if they were going to use it again, and right as I was about to leave, there was another person that came up with a wrong order

The service seems pushy. I mentioned that at the window, the girl helping us said she was «so sorry» and that they’re timed and judged on how quickly they get you out of there. That if they don’t get an order soon enough, they’re reprimanded. 4 star consistently fast, reliably unchanging quality. 3 stars for knowing that its boarder line sinning if you look at the menu too long (Not really the person at the windows fault).
I have never gotten food poisoning here, which considering the fact that it’s fast food, is more than could be said for a few of the dirty dining neighbors.
Try: brisket sandwich or the Reuben. They’re both surprisingly good for fast food.

This Arby’s location is very convenient for me since it is near my eye doctor. However I do not go here often for several reasons.
Cleanliness — The restaurant never looks clean. There is an element of disorder that feels like it is not well maintained. The fixtures are very worn and probably not the best for high volume dining.
Speed — The restaurant is a little slow. There often seems to be a long cue and only 2 people trying to manage it. o Understand the menu might take a little longer but the results never seem to justify the time waiting.
Price — Let’s face it, Arby’s is expensive for Fast Food.
I gave three stars because of Service. The team, though terminally under staffed, is always friendly and apologetic for long wait times. They are a pleasure to interact with.
This restaurant is average among similar options.

It’s super close to my house. The crème brule milkshake tastes like prefume. The curly fries are edible and a guilty pleasure. I walk by a lot and barely see anyone there.

We came in at 7pm. There was no one else in the place. After placing our order we double checked to make sure that everything was correct. It took about 15 minutes. There were four staff members working on our meal and it took forever! They were just standing around talking to each other. Very unprofessional. It seemed like they needed four people to fill a simple order. The man at the register was speaking very quietly, almost impossible to hear. He messed up our order. He charged us for an extra meal that we did not order, even though I double checked to make sure everything was correct. Avoid this Arbys!

It’s the closest restaurant to my living room couch. And for that, it gets a star.

Eh, it is what it is. Arbys. A place I’ll eat once a year.
Very nice guy at drive through window noticed my dog and gave us some treats.
Points for that!

This Arby’s is the closest one to my house… even though it’s still a little bit of a drive. I LOVE Arby’s and I could eat it all day everyday! The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to wait longer than usual for them to bring me my food. I went through the drive through, and I really appreciate them wanting to give me fresh mozzarella sticks… but it doesn’t take over 10 minutes for that!
I’ll probably go back tonight… because they are that good!!! Now I’m hungry again! :(

I honestly love Arby’s, but will never go back to this location again. Now I’ve worked fast food, so I know stuff happens. Service isn’t always gonna be great. So what I do is, if I go and I have a bad experience, I will go back again at a later time in the future and give them a second chance. Well I went back to give them a second chance, and they failed again. So I thought I would be really nice and give them one more shot. Nope I shouldn’t of done that. Every time I have gone in, no joke, I have had to wait for over 10 minutes for food! There was only 2 people besides myself in there the whole time. I also noticed that they’re drive-​thur time is extremely bad. There are not that many Arby’s in Portland, but if you love Arby’s like I do, find another one. This is definitely one you do not want to go to.
