Waited nearly 1year for bird mount. Not done as we discussed or what was on receipt. Wood used for mount is rotten and falling apart. Can’t put into house!

Complete and total lack of integrity!
6 months I very clearly secured an agreement to have my cat’s pelt when he died. No one will stuff them as owner expectations tend to be unrealistic.
Now I have 2 hours before my loved one is gone and the owner doesn’t feel up to the task. Preferring to stick to «big game» so he says… like duck?! Ok, JERK… thanks for that. I could have secured another option in the six months I took you at your word! Thanks for NOTHING!
