The Atwater is a condominium where the units are owned. It’s located on the Willamette River’s edge in South Waterfront. Their were homes views of Mt. Hood and Mt. St Helens from the building.
The Atwater is a LEED certified residential tower. There are 212 units on 23 floors in this building. There are 317 parking stalls located under the building.
I toured this place with a friend and was impressed with the way they used sustainable building practices with the low-​flow fixtures, ecoroofs, landscape irrigation, integrated storm water and such.
2016 – 9
