Small, family owned shop, with friendly, experienced, and highly competent mechanics. I’ve had years of great service from Autocraft NW, and recommend them strongly. Also, though Unilocal says they’re closed all weekend, they are usually amenable to service by appointment on Saturday, and they’ll generally let you pick up your car after their official closing time.

They were fantastic! The service was warm and friendly, and they were honest enough to tell me that my car did not need any major repairs, even though I live in AZ (traveling out of state), so I was really at their mercy! :-) This is the first Unilocal review I have submitted (good or bad), and they were THAT GOOD!
