I have been using Avanti Destinations for many years. They have always taken good care of my clients. Reading this other review, I can only think the passenger did not get travel insurance. If they did they should be dealing with the insurance carrier. You can’t just cancel part of a trip and think you will get a refund. People don’t usually read the fine print.

It is a shame to have to give such a low rating because as far as hotel selections and travel within in Europe all went very well. However, we had to cut our trip short and Avanti has been very difficult to work with. Despite providing all required documentation we have not gotten our refund 5 weeks later. I am now working with my credit card company.
This will prevent me from ever using Avanti Destinations again.
