Bank of America

One teller during peak hours on a payday. last time I’ll be going to this branch. the fifteen people in line ahead of me looked to feel the same.

Bank of America sucks, especially this branch! AVOID! Bad customer service. Waited 25 minutes in line. Wish I could give them negative stars.
Will be changing banks soon so angry

Every Friday there’s 5 people at their desk, and one at the counter. Don’t forget about the huge line. Usually takes about 45 min, on a fast day!!! Very frustrating! This place is awful.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Worst bank and location ever. The lines are always long and slow. I received a letter from the bank for what should have been a five-​minute simple thing, verifying information on my license. Two visits later and three hours of my life wasted and it is still not resolved. I had a 5 PM appointment and had to ask for someone twice. I had to deal with a guy there that knows nothing and then had to ask for someone else. It’s now 6. Go elsewhere!!!

Well, this particular branch is located in the same complex as Walmart. It’s also near 82^nd Ave. and Powell. So it’s pretty much always jam packed like Justin Beiber concert. There’s always people waiting in line before the bank is even open. Unless you got something really urgent, you might want to think twice before going here. The staffs are quite friendly and give good services. But you might want to bring something to read while waiting, because it might take awhile.

Worst branch ever. Horrible customer service. Horrible long lines, always long and slow. Horrible line management with handicapped staff that bother you with offers of help then tell you to wait in line (so thanks for asking me to state my business so you can tell me I found the correct place to stand). How about instead of walking through the line asking me if you can help me then saying you cant, how about you go stand at a station and actually help. Need a teller not a quiz on why I am seeing a teller.
This place sucks. Hands down the worst bank/​branch around and if it wasn’t only 2 minutes from my door I would never set foot in here. Over dramatic male teller that loves getting smart with customers (Micheal), that should be in theater and not a teller I would love nothing more than to meet him out of work and sock him in the jaw. sometimes I hate being a pacifist. STAY AWAY unless your Asian. they do strongly cater to Asians.

unlike some people who don’t actually use this bank, yet bitch about it. i use this bank… ALOT. its just the same as many other banks. i have accounts with this company and cannot too you how glad i am that i do!
they have always been very helpful and willing to correct any mistakes right away.
the manager Ashley is stand up guy. so are all of the personal bankers… just awesome people!
it can get busy but there is always someone in the front to talk to you and point you in the right direction.

I love their full-​service ATM out front. Deposits & withdrawals all in one easy stop.

Always get good service when I go inside. Maybe one more atm outside would be nice, though.

This Bank of America branch is located in the parking lot of the Eastport Shopping Center, and seems to be a rather busy one. I took my brother there to do some banking. He lives in China and they have some sister bank in China (China Construction Bank, maybe?), so he can do his banking with his BofA account in China.
Since I was there, and I needed cash, I decided to use their ATM while I was waiting. I use a credit union, so I don’t get charged by my bank for using foreign ATM’s. It therefore doesn’t cost me all that much to use foreign ATM’s…
…EXCEPT WHEN THEY CHARGE FUCKING $ 3 PER TRANSACTION!!!
The Korean-​run mini-​mart at the end of my block STILL charges $ 1.50 for their ATM. There are plenty of bars with ATM’s that still only charge $ 1.50 to $ 2 per transaction.
$ 3 for an ATM fee is overcharging. I was in a hurry, so I elected to pay for my convenience on this occasion, but I shall drop one star on this bank for grossly overcharging for foreign ATM transactions.
Overcharging is overcharging. Whether it’s Whole Foods charging $ 5 for a can of S&W beans, or a major bank (that maybe just got a ton of my tax dollars in a bailout) charging $ 3 for something that other ATM owners charge half as much for, it’s bullshit.
