I am from Michigan and my daughter had gotten into an accident in Indiana. Steve was great to work with. He is friendly and went out of his way to help us. The price he offered for the salvage was really fair. We resolved everything by phone and USPS. I felt I could trust him and he proved me right. Barnett’s is a great place.

Ripped my tire rod out while pulling me from a drift. Tied a cable round the front passenger tire to pull the car out of the ditch. Surprise. It was undriveable. These guys didn’t acknowledge it, they just left me with the bill. I’m happy to pay for the tow, I just wish they would acknowledge, and pay for, the damage they did.
