I would give them 0 stars if I could! This place is horrible! Didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. Owners were on their phone our whole visit. I was trying to find extensions and yes they had a great selection but they were all behind the counter and I couldn’t get any help to see them! Wow I’m literally speechless! Don’t waste your time going here!

Not even worth 1 star. The WORST service ever. The husband and wife owners sold me extensions and said if they didn’t match to just bring them back, no problem. They didn’t match (not even close) and I came back within 30 days (19 days to be exact) and they told me absolutely no return, tried to say they wouldn’t take my hair back and don’t take any returns after 14 days. I will be telling the salon that recommended them to me to NEVER EVER send anyone there again. No where did they have the so called policy posted and I only bought the hair trusting they would let me come back if it didn’t match. Unacceptable. To make it even worse, they tried to tell me I opened the package. Weird, because they opened the package themselves to take the hair out when I was there… I can’t stand dishonesty. Please support a different, local honest business.

I like my beauty supply stores like I like my men… cheap and convenient. This one is both. Located on Hayden Island, they are pretty easy to locate (unlike Mid-​K on MLK which I never did find), and they are cheap. I got my hair lightener and my purple and blue hair dye for less than $ 15 I think! YEAH! I’ll be back (this shit don’t last long)
