As a young couple on a very tight budget, my fiancé and I have had a few experiences in jewelry stores where we have not been treated very well. Luckily, when we got to Ben Bridge, we were treated with respect and we were even helped by the manager. Even after learning about our small budget, the manager took us around the store herself and showed us every option. She did not pressure us to buy, and she spent the time with us to make us feel like real customers. We’re still looking at a few other places, but the rings they had at Ben Bridge, coupled with the service, make me sure where I will be buying my ring.

I don’t like Ben Bridge because when a necklace of mine broke(that was bought there), I took it in to get replaced. Rather than replace the chain(white gold) they sent it off to get repaired. Apparently it could not be fixed and what I received back was an old(sterling silver) looking chain(clearly not the same quality and a totally different size, which changes the look of the pendant that goes with it). Too many other options for jewelers, I prefer not to deal with ones that scam or rip people off!

if you need to have your watch battery changed out, DON’T DOITHERE! they charge $ 45 per watch! Find a cheaper place. Goldworks Design charges around $ 10 per watch.

This is the first place we went while looking for rings. Mostly because we were at the mall and it was there. I love their Ikuma diamonds! Cindy helped us and was so kind and patient, even though we were in there for probably an hour and a half and we weren’t even going to spend a lot of money. She answered all of our questions and let me try on as many things as I wanted, many things more than once. I didn’t get anything that day because I thought I wanted to look around more and see what else was out there. I ended up picking a ring from another jeweler, which shall remain nameless, and quickly got tired of looking at it. I picked it out very impusively. I ended up returning it and looking at three or four other jewelers before deciding that I should go back to Ben Bridge and get the Ikuma diamond I originally wanted. Howard helped me this time, and was just as helpful and friendly as Cindy was, but he gave the sales credit to her, which I thought was very nice. What I really liked about this place was how knowledgable they were of their diamonds. They knew specifics and let me look at them under the microscope so I could find the most perfect one we could afford. They knew exactly where their diamonds came from and told me as much about them as they could. The other jewelry store couldn’t even tell us where their diamonds came from, or their exact color(«anywhere from an H to a J»). We will definitely be going back here to purchase our wedding bands!
