Dropped by for a quick inspection sticker. Guy at the service counter assures no more than 15 – 20 minutes. An hour later and my bike hasn’t moved. Nobody lets me know or apologizes. Nothing. In the meantime the service writer is waiting on a guy in the parking lot who just pulled in. I’ve tried to give BM every shot but they are simply awful. They’re one of those places subsisting on tents and hot dogs for the masses who don’t know better. If you expect anything more than a tacky t shirt and wholly incompetent service keep looking. This is nothing but an over bloated carnival attraction. All hat, no cattle.

I purchased a Sportster at Big Moose yesterday. The salesman was exceptional. From the moment my husband and I walked in the door until we left, everyone was helpful and welcoming. They have s great rewards program for your purchases too. I highly recommend this dealership

Stopped in at «Big Moose Harley-Davidson» for a visit. What a great name for a H-D dealership!
I love the fact that they have Moose and other wildlife liberally sprinkled throughout the dealership! Adds a nice, north woods ambiance to the place!
They have an extensive selection of Motorcycles, as well as clothing, boots, helmets, accessories, and more! I found a few H-D shirts that I wanted, plus picked up the dealership poker chip!
Staff was very nice! Make a point to stop in if you are in the area!

The show room is larger on the inside than it appears on the outside. The Salesman I talked to was exceptional. They showed me they wanted my business without being pushy or overbearing. Go see new and used magnificant and outrageous beautiful Harley Davidson Motorcycles and Accessories. It’s fun just to look around even if you can’t afford a new Harley, Yet!
