I’ve come in to Bloom a few times, and each time I’ve had a great experience. Shawn’s helped me out, and he’s knowledgable, nice, and gives you his honest opinion on products with no pressure. Highly recommend this place for anyone, but especially beginners who want an affordable place to get their equipment, and need questions answered by Bloom’s experienced staff. 10⁄10

SUPER friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful folks here. And you cannot beat the $ 7.99 CO2 refills! They have pretty much everything you need to set up and maintain your grow. Great sales every once in a while as well.

Had some issues with a light panel i got here. Headed home now with new lights and no cash out of my pocket.
I’ve veen growing for fiteen years and if you want no bs, no egos, great prices and customer service this place really is the jam. I personally will not shop anywhere else unless all locations close or some unforseen change in management or procedure takes place.

So happy with this grow store. Being a female grower I often get ignored at shops but the staff at bloom is friendly and will talk me through how to set things up and improve my garden. They offer great advice and even recommended another used equipment grow store because of my budget for co2 controller (which shows me they genuinely care and aren’t greedy) Love bloom!

Great shop. Very clean and well organized with good prices on things. Best of all, the two owners are very knowledgable and offer solid advice. Th drive in loading is also pretty sweet as I’m always a little leary of carrying co2 canisters out of garden shops.

I have an account at another shop that gets me a better discount on a lot of items. Bloom gives me a pretty standard discount rate that most anyone will receive when they set up an account, and since I am buying less volume than I was when I earned my discount at the other store I am not complaining, just illustrating a point. The other shop is closer to my garden but slightly out of my way. Bloom is sort of on my route, but not exactly. So why do I give it 5 stars? Because they EARNED it the hard way. By being super knowledgeable, very friendly, having a great product selection, by being on-​time and prompt with special orders, by creating an atmosphere where anyone feels like a pro just by walking in. I will go to the other shop to buy certain items, but I really like these guys a lot and will buy here if there is little to no price difference. Heck I will keep going here just because I like them. Keep it up guys!

Bloom stands out in an oversaturated market as, in my humble opinion,
The most knowledgable, most affordable and friendliest damn shop in town.
Everytime I have stepped through the door at bloom I have always been able to find what I need and receive excellent service from both owners. next time your in need of supplies, go strait BLOOM.

Great new shop… they have good prices and some product lines other shops in town don’t carry. The 2 guys who own the place are very knowledgeable (and not bad to look at either!). The store is roomy and there’s a big warehouse. They’ll even let you pull your car into the warehouse to load up (and they have a forklift which can load heavier items for you). They have a lot of new products on display so you can see how they work in the shop. Great addition to Portland’s garden scene– you’ll be seeing me again Chad and Tim!
