All I can say is, WOW! I needed help with a move-​out. I hadn’t planned far enough in advance and other services weren’t even responding to my calls. Mary was friendly, flexible, and accommodating in not only responding but also scheduling me right away on very short notice; and Carmen, Marisol, and Monica left the place absolutely sparkling in a shorter time than estimated. This was a very positive experience, and I recommend Bridge City Cleaning Service wholeheartedly! They really are as good as it gets!

I had a move-​up cleanup in a very small condo. I called several cleaning services. Most didn’t work in my area (Park by PSU), most didn’t answer the phone OR return my call when I left a message. One service couldn’t come out until next week. Bridge City Cleaning Service got me a next-​day appointment. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and professional, listened to what I needed, and worked with me to get me on the calendar ASAP. The crew was in and out in an hour and the place was spotless when they left. They were professional and friendly, listened to what I wanted, then went to work. If I have the occasion to do so, I will definitely call them again. I highly recommend the service.

My folks were coming for a visit and our house was a mess. Needed some help with a tight schedule. Bridge City fit us in on short notice, brought in a full team, and they left our house looking beautiful. Also they were good with my cats

They treat you like a star!
I haven’t even had them to my home yet, and they already get 5 stars! I called after everyone had gone home on the Friday before a holiday, not a huge holiday, but a holiday none the less. Mary answered the phone and still helped me out, despite my limited income and the limited time available, she managed to find someone who could come and help. Now that person is coming over on their day off for no extra charge! I will write more after the cleaning has been done, but for now I’m giving them 5 stars for first class customer service! THANK YOU!!!

I had a very good experience with this company. Peggy the owner called me back immediately (even though it was later in the evening). I needed someone to come in quickly and she was able to find a way to fit me into their schedule.
We had them come in to clean our house before we moved in. They sent a team and were in and out very quickly. They did a very good job and were very professional. They arrived on time as discussed and were communicative as they were cleaning so I knew what they were working on and I could continue working on things on the house at the same time.

We’ve used Bridge City for 4 or 5 years. Some of the teams have been better than others, and given the business, there is some turnover. Overall, we’re quite happy with them. Our house is clean, and because they send a team, they are in and out quickly. I work at home, so that’s a significant consideration for me.
I’ve had a couple of fantastic individual housekeepers over the years, but I’ve also employed a few stinkers. Using an agency takes the anxiety out of hiring. Bridge City’s crews have been efficient, thorough, and courteous. We have some special instructions about our floors and cats, which they follow.
I have also found it easy to deal with their office. They’re responsive on email, which I like.

We have had Monica and her cleaning crew taking care of our home for the past four years. As all new relationships go, there are short term growing pains with people getting to know your house and how you live. We are very happy with Bridge City Cleaning!!! I am a General Contractor and often have Bridge City Cleaning do post-​construction cleanups for my clients as a gift. Everyone is so appreciative and many of my clients have referred Bridge City Cleaning Service to their friends and family. I’ve used Bridge City Cleaning twice and am planning on signing up for regular service. The owner, Peggy, was great at figuring out what would best fit my needs and was quick to respond. The cleaning team was efficient, thorough and friendly. My house was spotless. A pleasure to work with and I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
