I went to this Britesmile Pure spa location a couple weeks ago for a facial and was very disappointed. The facial only lasted 35 minutes and according to my coupon it was supposed to be 60 – 90 minutes. The room was very cold, both in temperature and in feeling. And then afterwards they trapped me in a room and tried to sell me a $ 2000 laser package. I wrote an email expressing my disappointment, and left a voicemail with a supervisor at the Britesmile corporate office (all very professional, no ranting), and did not get even so much as an acknowledgment. That will be my last experience with Britesmile.
