Brushin’ N’ Rollin’

We had a great experience with Mitch at Brushin N Rollin. His quality of work was great and a fair price. He showed up on time, kept the work space clean, worked quickly & efficiently and was also very nice. My husband & I being contractors ourselves have very high standards and Mitch did not disappoint. We’re looking forward to having him paint our exterior this spring. I would highly recommend him.

It was our lucky day when we called Brushin’ N’ Rollin’ to paint our exterior trim. Our house was drab, ordinary, and tired-​looking. Thanks to Mitch, it’s now fresh, sharp as a tack, and makes us feel so happy when we pull up to our curb.
Mitch represents the triple-​play of what you’d want in a painter:
First, the quality of his work is top-​notch. We had a lot of narrow, precision trim we wanted done — in multiple colors — around our windows. Mitch’s work was flawless. No drips, no sloppy edges, nothing but crisp lines and perfect pops of color. Our old house looks brand-​new!
Second, his prices are totally fair. A few portions of our project turned out to be a lot more time-​consuming than we predicted, but Mitch was the perfect communicator. He let us know what was involved, and there were no surprises at all. We still stayed right on our budget and there was absolutely no sticker shock for us — completely fair and an excellent value for his terrific work.
And last of all, Mitch is just the nicest guy! My husband and I really enjoyed having him around the house. He was extremely professional and focused on his work, but also as pleasant as could be. When he finished the job, we were so happy to have a great-​looking exterior, but we also missed Mitch because it was so much fun to have him around every day for a week or so.
In short, we highly recommend Mitch and hope he keeps on brushin’ and rollin’ for many years to come!

Mitch is fantastic. He showed up on time — a bit early, actually — and he was such a cool, genuinely nice guy that it yanked me out of my morning funk and put me in a better mood for the rest of the day. The work he did was top notch, too. I probably shouldn’t admit this, but I would have paid $ 100 more than he charged.
Moving forward Mitch is the only painter I would ever hire. I just hope he’s available. Once the secret’s out on this guy — if it isn’t already — I’ll probably need to start booking him way in advance.

Mitch was referred to me by our general contractor and we were so impressed with his work that we have referred him several times. We wanted him to paint our exterior, but he was booked, so call early to book him. The wait is well with it. Mitch came back a couple of weeks ago and painted over a DIY project I started and had not finished in 8 years. I am so happy he came to my rescue. I cannot say enough great things about Mitch.

Mitch painted my stairwell and hall in my town house. He showed up when he said that he would. I have done a lot of painting myself, but as I age, frankly, I was afraid that I could fall. Mitch was fast, and the quality of the job that he did was above and beyond what I might of tolerated, and I am a very detailed perfectionist, and at a really fair price. Then, also, Mitch was a pleasure to have around. One doesn’t find these people too often anymore, a man just supporting his young family with such an excellent work ethic. You should give him your business. You will be very happy that you did!

Mitch is pleasant, nice, great to work with, and does excellent work. He saved my crappy DIY job and did my entire main floor in a day and a half, and squeezed me in so that I got it done on my tight timeline. It was easy, simple, no hassle and a fair price. Highly recommend! Thank you!

I did a ton of research before I chose Mitch Perez from Brushin and Rollin to paint the interior of my house. He did an awesome job and I’m so happy with the results. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. In fact, I’ll be contracting with Mitch again in the spring/​summer to paint the exterior of my house.

I called Mitch Perez from Brushin and Rollin to help with my house after I removed the old aluminum siding. The siding was in good condition but the windows were in real trouble. Mitch spent a great deal of time prepping the house and making everything look great prior to painting. Given the number of holes in the wood siding after the aluminum removal, it is amazing that you cannot see any of them now. All of the gaps and cracks were very well prepped and just in time before the rain comes. I feel very confident in my decision to use Mitch. He really loves his trade and took care of my house like it was his own house. The color is beautiful and all of the lines look so sharp. We now have the prettiest house on the block.
