Dan’s team did a few things for me; repaired and sealed bricks and cleaned my pellet stove. Unfortunately my pellet stove failed to run when I tried to start it for the first time of the fall season, about a month after the stove was cleaned. I called Dan and he said he would look at it the following day. He was a no-show. I called Dan again and he blamed his team, said he would call them and call me back. Still waiting for that call a week later. Bottom line is that Dan is responsive to new work but non-responsive to problems as a result of his teams’ work.
