Can’t say enough good things about Cartridge Network. I visited them with a Canon Pro9000 photo printer that had quit operating. Griffin and his staff were extremely helpful and worked hard to trouble shoot my ailing printer. Unfortunately, my printer turned out to be truly dead. They then worked to find a replacement printer for me on line. Anyone who needs a printer repaired, a new printer or printer supplies should definitely visit Cartridge Network. Cartridge Network is one of only two places I really consult about printing matter anymore, the other being the interwebs any time I need a printer driver upgrade. I wish I had known about this place before I bought my last printer, but that printer is now some ten years old and having some paper handling issues so the next time I get one it’ll be here.
My main contact there, Griff, is personable and very knowledgeable about the products. He is quick to pull up necessary information for making a printer or cartridge decision such as per page costs, and I have found his per page cost calculations to be pretty much spot-​on.
He supplies the toner and ink cartridges for my office, and the remanufactured and compatible cartridges he sells us save us quite a bit off buying OEM cartridges at the big box stores.
