We got excellent service. Ended up buying a leather sofa and recliner set. We had an issue with the recliner next day. Cascade took care of issue within a week. Need to buy my almost 3 year old his bedroom set. Plan on supporting Cascase Furniture for future furniture.

Save your self a trip. The worse customer service I have ever come in contact with. I don’t think they know what «customer service» is, because they have none. I don’t recommend anyone to this funiture place. They were rude and careless. They won’t return your calls. We got a bed set from them and they «crube delivery» they literally dropped off our funiture in front of the house. Thank goodness that it was summer time. They ate also terrible at communication. All they want is your money and they’re nice to you when you’re ordering the funiture because they want your money. Once the delivery process going. They are careless.

My wife and I had been shopping all over town for a new couch as she was pregnant with twins. We found an amazing Ashley leather recliner couch and it saved our sleep and sanity. Up until that point my wife was unable to sleep in a bed and after Cascade Home Décor delivered and set up the couch, we started to go into full recline mode and sleep on that. We ended up sleeping on it for over two months before the twins birth and for several months after. When a friend didn’t know better and sat on the extended edge and bent something, Cascade Home Décor had someone come out, diagnose the problem and had it fixed in no time. I’m not sure but I think the person that sold us the couch was the owner and he cut us a great deal and threw in free delivery. Definitely worth a trip to look at their inventory if you know they are open. If I ever have to shop for furniture again, they’d be at the top of my list.

Bought a bed from these guys 2 weeks ago. After second day when I turn over the bed squeeks to the point where I wake up a few times in the middle of the night. Came in to the store to explain my problem and to see what they can do. The owner told me that if he makes a claim to ashley furniture about the bed ‘squeeking’ they will laugh at him. He told me they won’t refund me anything and he can’t help. I didn’t come in for a refund, I want to sleep peacefully in my bed. What am I suppose to do now with a $ 2,000 bed that I can’t sleep in? Will never shop here again.
