Paid for a tune up ken promised our boat would would work, but found out in the middle of the river it wouldn’t start. Brought the boat back in to the shop for repair and again the boat wouldn’t start. I spent over $ 500 and still the boat does not run. I feel like it was one lie after another to get my money. Very nice guy like a wolf in sheeps clothes. I would not recommend this shop.

Sold me wrong carb kit… won’t return it… very unprofessional… gave me a huge run around why it was the right one… and if I needed more parts I should go to baxters… made no attempt to right his wrong…

Anyone who uses or plans to go to them, I would think about using someone els. I took a small motor in for someone to look at and said they would Not look at it because it was to old and they only work on new high end motors and new boats. Then they seem very disinterest in talking to me and when I asked about register my boat, one of the guy’s started Ranting about how they weren’t making any money on it and He walked off. I guess he felt he could not make any money on me. I guess my money wasn’t as green as the next old boat motor?
