This Chase Bank at the Bethany Location is so slow and by far the worst Chase Bank I have ever experienced in my life! There is always a delay and lack of staff whenever I am at the bank doing a company deposit. Even with 2 – 3 staff behind the front counter, there is still a line because there seems to be only 1 employee actually working while the rest just watch. Not sure why it is always like this whenever I come in. I always complain and there is never any solution to get this resolved. Every bank I go to in the surrounding area is always fast and prompt. I just don’t understand how this bank is still in business with really bad service and slow assistance to their clients.

The only ATM is a drive through one, and the fact that they share the building with a dentist office kind of creeps me out.
