Chase Bank

Everybody was nice and professional.
A tiny branch in relation to other Chase locations, but did not have many customers on a Saturday when I was there.

Desmond is great. Very professional and quite fast. Informative and always pleasant.
The ladies behind the counter are always super friendly, especially Danielle. She is very helpful, radiates warmth and just amazing.
Lot of parking, and right next to QFC and Starbucks. The only reason I took one star out is because one of the bankers here was very pushy. I was not the person he was trying to open an account with at the time, but I was right next to her, and he would actually go in our workplace to ask about her account, and try to get all the information so he can open an account for her, while she’s working and on the clock. Mind you, this was 2 years ago, but whenever I see him, it always comes up in my mind.
I’m sure to her point of view that is super helpful, but to me. It’s a bit too much. It cries of desperation. Too helpful? Maybe. I was not a fan.
The others though, are great. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to open a Chase Account.

Everyone who works here is super nice. They were a little clumsy with my wife’s car loan but they got it worked out eventually. They have always taken care of me with no problems.

Chase has always been accommodating and personable to work with. Never had any problems with the company at all.
This location is convenient — in a QFC shopping complex, and the ATM is right outside, next to the Starbucks.
Perfect! Get some cash, a coffee, and move along!
