LOVE!!! These guys rocked our wedding and helped us stay within our budget for about 100 guests.
We asked them to do a Hawaiian Style Kalua Pork, Mac Salad, Chicken Satay, rice and salad for our summercamp wedding.
It is hard to do a tasting of Kalua Pork since it is the method of roasting a whole pig that makes it so tasty. This is not thier normal fair but the chef really hit the mark with the entire meal. Rave reviews from all the attendees (many Hawaiian friends). Some said it was the best wedding meal they had ever eaten.
On top of that, the business owner Eric was present for our wedding and did a remarkable job of setting up the tables, settings and décor since we held the ceremony in roughly the same spot as the reception. We purchased all the wine and beer and they even provided a bartender for two nights.
Can’t say enough good things about them. They can do everything!
