lovely, huge park. We had a bar league Softball Game here and years ago played kickball here. The grass is lush, shade throughout, 1 port-a-potty that was in pretty good condition.

I have gone to Clinton Park since I was born. No joke, its near my grandparents house and my mom went to high school at Franklin ages ago. Great place for kids, slides, swings, bouncy horses, and those things that spin around in a circle(not sure what the actual name is haha). The restroom is a tad gross, and I haven’t used it since I was. 7 so its been a while. But there is a water fountain, which is especially nice during the summer. The actual grassy part of the park is HUGE. So the dogs love it. Great park.

Hey it’s a Portland Park! This one is mostly an open field. Pretty clean when I’ve been there. There are usually dogs, kids, sometimes a frisbee. And, as the other reviewer mentioned, Dairy Queen is nearby for summer treats after chasing the dog, kid, frisbee, etc. Go outside to a park already!

This park is a frequent summer destination for my wife and me when we’re jonesing for a walk through the ‘hood. Clinton park is next to Franklin High school and is mostly comprised of fields. The upper area of the park(south side) has a children’s playground, tennis courts, and a soccer field. The lower area(north) has a couple of softball fields and a recycled shoe basketball court(thanks, Nike) that’s adjacent to Atkinson elementary. There are also a few picnic tables in the upper area. Another great thing about the park is that there’s a walk-up/drive-up only Dairy Queen across the street, which is great for a summertime snack. I look forward to taking our little tyke here one day.
