I hate cloudburst and have from day 1 when I bought a house and went to arrange for setup of service and they said no problem, then called me back later challenging that I wasn’t the homeowner and wanting to see my closing documentation that had secure financial details like Social, purchase price, etc. I refused. They figured it out after some back and forth but have been terrible ever since. They have no online payment options, recommended I leave my trash overnight the day I started service since there were no bins at the property and I did as they asked and if course had to clean up in the morning because of racoons. I wish I could fire them and go with a better sanitation service like Wacker Sanitary.
