I’ve known and worked with David for 15 years. I will not shop for computers anywhere else. His knowledge is incredible and work superb. He sells you what you need and won’t try to talk you into something more expensive just to make a buck. When I called David yesterday to try to find a part he told me where to buy one cheaper than he could sell to me. I just hope he stays in business until after I am done buying computers. Thanks David!

I recommend Computer Buyer’s Resource without recommendation to anyone looking for a custom build PC or other computer related help. I started a small business recently, and Dave was knowledgeable and very helpful. He anticipated my needs based on his ample experience, and had a custom tailored machine ready for me in less than a day. He even gave my personal laptop a once-​over for free and now it’s running better and faster than before. Go local, go small and support this gem of a shop.

serious pros. i was visiting OR and wanted to buy a laptop (tax-​free, heh!) and called up computer buyer’s resource to ask their advice. they were SO incredibly helpful over the phone, taking the time to ask me what i wanted from a new machine and explaining the specs. because i was in town for such a short period, i unfortunately couldn’t buy my machine from them but i really wish that i did, b/​c they are full service. but they led me to the laptop that i ordered online. the tech (forgot his name, sorry!) explained to me which software i should uninstall and which i should download — someone who displays true love for his craft, i couldn’t be more impressed.

I cannot recommend CBR highly enough. Knowing very little about computers, buying one was a daunting task. Not only did David have great advice on finding the right laptop to suit my needs, he set it up for me with the necessary security software, making the process stress free. He has also been unbelievably helpful since then with whatever problems have arisen. Very glad I chose to buy from CBR and not a big box store!

I live in Seattle but wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my machine! I bought my laptop from CBR several years ago, and rely on David to keep it running strong. He just did a tune-​up and it runs like new.
