I recommend Corey Hoskins to anyone needing a mortgage. As a first time borrower, I was concerned about making my way through the maze of paperwork and required documentation. I had always assumed I would go through a bank for my mortgage, but called Corey upon a referral. Not only was he able to clearly explain my options (with quotes, which he patiently redid a couple times since I changed my mind about which condo to purchase) but he also presented an option I wasn’t expecting — an NHF grant! This meant less money out of pocket and some other benefits. While working with Corey, I contacted my bank and they gave me the same rate as Corey had — but they did not know about the grant. Easy decision for me to stay with Corey, which I was inclined to do anyway because of easy going manner. Furthermore, the seller decided she wanted a quick closing and put an aggressive closing date in the contract. Corey was able to close ahead of even this schedule! I contacted Corey on 3÷1÷15 and on 4÷3÷15 I had the keys to my new condo in hand. Amazing!
