So glad we trusted our gutt on this one and contacted a local company vs rescue rooter (and the reviews speak for themselves!)
We called after hours and were contacted first thing the next morning with a plumber scheduled for 2:30 that DAY. He was exactly on time, re-​plumbed and cleaned out our washer machine drain and had everything put back in under 1.5 hours.
We were so pleased with the quality and affordability of the service. Everything said and done it was only $ 335– very reasonable considering the scope of the job!
Would definitely recommend and use Craig Anderson Plumbing again :)

I called them on a Friday morning and they were at my door by 1pm! The bad news was I needed a new hot water tank but the good news was they were able to come back Monday morning and it was installed within 2 hours! Rick was excellent, I would highly recommend this business!

I can’t recommend CAPI highly enough. We had a plumbing urgency and asked for same day service, when they were already swarmed. They agreed to come at the end of the day but squeezed us in an hour later. Despite what looked like a modest hourly rate, they were so efficient they fixed the problem as well as three others, in a few minutes. They threw in a fifth repair for free. They did a repair that my four previous plumbers could not fix, with about 8 hours total work previously. The plumber was polite and professional. USE THEM!!!

Thank you Craig Anderson Plumbing! I had a bathroom faucet leak that needed to be fixed as soon as possible. They came out within 1.5 hours of me calling, they arrived early to the appointment which was extra nice because I needed to get to work as well. The rate was very reasonable and the Plumber who came to my home was very nice and explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand.

They came out did some work that was fine, but I asked for a bid on further work and never heard anything. After two weeks I called and left a message that I would like to get that information and never received a call back.

I had a DIY project backfire on me, and I was desperate for help. I Unilocaled «plumbing repair near me» and Craig Anderson popped up. I called the number and Craig Anderson himself answered the phone after a couple rings. I explained my situation and he had a guy at my house in about an hour! Totally saved the day! It is rare these days to have this kind of experience. Small businesses like this one are what it is all about. The guy who showed up at my house, Wes, was just great. I asked him how long he had been working for Craig, and he said seven years or so. He also said that they barely advertise and that they were very busy and hiring more folks. Yet, as busy as they are, Craig figured out how to rescue me. This is what it is all about. I wish all businesses were like this one!

Wow — I’m thoroughly impressed with these guys! At first, dispatch was not sure they would be able to send someone out before the end of the week, but to my surprise a plumber showed up within an hour! I wish I was better with names (Jeff, maybe) but the plumber that came was professional and incredibly efficient — considering this was a problem that had been going on for 8? months! He had to replace our sump pump and build a few magic Mario tunnels but got everything working in a matter of hours. Crisis averted!

I’ve used Craig Anderson two times now, both times exceeded my expectations and any former experience. I’ve also called them for advice about replacing a water heater in a rental property in a different state and they didn’t hesitate to give me information that informed my decision. I will recommend these guys to any day.

Bad service. Called them at 12pm to request a service call. They told me only Craig schedules visits and he’s busy and will call me later. I didn’t hear from them by 4:30pm, so I called them again and they told me Craig is still busy and won’t be able to call me to schedule an appointment until later this evening.
Sounds like a small mom and pop operation that can’t simply schedule something. I’m trying someone else.

Craig Anderson has been my «go to» plumber for years. Whether it is a routine plumbing problem or a broken pipe that needs immediate attention (like yesterday), this company has continuously exceeded my expectations. They are friendly, timely, knowledgeable, accommodating and provide thorough troubleshooting as well as fixing the problem at hand. They are worth every penny.
I recommend them wholeheartedly.

This guy is the best. The absolute best. If your faucet leaks, or your toilet explodes, please, please, call him!

We had a clogged toilet over the weekend, and were reduced to taking our «business» to neighborhood public restrooms. Boo!
Craig called back early Monday morning (responding to a panic-​y Sunday evening call), made it over by 12:30 that day and snaked the crapper out in 15 minutes. As he charges a minimum hour for any service call, I had him also fix the toilet handle, look at a leaky kitchen faucet and replace an outdoor faucet, all of which he managed to do in the hour I was paying him for: excellent!
Professional, personable, reasonable rates. I can’t think of why I’d ever call anybody else with a plumbing problem.

I called Craig Anderson because my neighbor used his services to get her house replumbed. After getting 2 estimates and talking with other plumbers I went with Craig because he broke it all down to me about what needed to be done. He put all new plumbing in my house and sent a new pipe to the street to connect with the city line. This man is a natural, transparent and knows how to please a customer. He went above and beyond what I paid him for when he fashioned me a place to hang clothes in my basement. I would recommend him without reservation. You will not be disappointed because he will make sure of that.

After my roommates, landlords, and former repair guy basically left me on my own to deal with two different sinks both impersonating Niagara Falls at the house I rent, I found Craig’s listing on here and left a message on his answering machine, as it was after business hours.
I was pleasantly surprised when he returned my call only a half hour later to ask what I needed help with. He was prompt, very kind, and it was obvious even over the phone that he cares about his clients and his business.
However, I did run into the same small issue another reviewer mentioned on here — the plumber who initially came out to resolve the problem missed part of what needed to be fixed, so, the sinks were still leaking afterward.
As soon as I realized this, I called Craig, and once more got a very prompt response. He apologized for the inconvenience and solved the problem without any further difficulties. I mean, the man even went out to his van to get my boyfriend some plumber’s putty, just in case we wanted to do more work on the bathroom ourselves in the future.
I highly recommend Craig Anderson Plumbing, and I agree with those on here who described Craig as a good, honest man who will make sure the job is done right and you’re happy with the outcome.
Also, I was extremely impressed with the lack of plumber butt! Good going, guys! ;)

Based on other’s reviews we called Craig for some small jobs on our recently vacated rental. He was timely and just such a great guy!
He is now our plumber for life! His rates were very reasonable…

My house was built in 1942… the problems I have cannot even be touched in this small review. Let me just say that Craig wil be my plumber for life. I have used 4 plumbers in the last 9 years I have lived in my house… they are all lazy and shisters. Craig is an honest, hard working, reasonable rockstar! I am a huge fan of Craig Anderson Plumbing.

When my toddler threw half a roll of TP into the toilet and caused a blockage 45 minutes of vile plunging wouldn’t dislodge, I was afraid I was in trouble– Saturday morning, no real knowledge of how these things work, and handy husband away. All hail Craig and his honest, expedient, patient, and professional help. His pricing was more than fair and he was knowledgeable on multiple plumbing issues in our home. I couldn’t be happier and will certainly call him again.

Was very happy with Craig. He set up our new bathroom fixtures quickly and gave us some great advice on our remodel. He also helped with a leaky kitchen faucet and was proficient and pleasant. If I need to call a plumber again it’s going to be this guy.
