I give 3 stars because while the employees were kind, they would not honor their $ 10 off $ 65 coupon when our purchase rang up at $ 64.99. She wanted us to purchase something else I did not need in order to bring the sale up over $ 65 rather than adjusting for the penny difference. I find that annoying and it made me not want to purchase the shoes at all. I do think it was the register that would not adjust. They need to have a way to adjust for the penny difference in order to please the customer. Instead I left feeling annoyed. It will be a while before I shop here again unless this changes.

Ordered a pair of shoes online. Took a while to get to me. When they did, they were the wrong size! The weird part, the packing slip was correct, and there was even a tag that had been ripped off and put I’m the bag that also had the ‘correct size.’ So not sure how the wrong one was packed.
I finally found the one croc store and went to exchange them, and there was one person working and it took about 20 minutes to do it while I just sat there. Waiting.
Poor customer service. I won’t be buying anymore crocs.

I love my crocs. I wear them all the time when I’m not wearing my Uggs. I heard that they are going to close several of the stores so I have had to start to stock up on the ones that I like. My favorites have turned out to be the ones with the tennis shoe bottom because they curl up a little bit in the front and you don’t trip. I have lived in crocs for years and hopefully will continue to live in them for many years to come because I have to have happy feet. Be careful because some of them can get very slick when it’s wet. They make one with a special bottom that grips and water. Have fun with your shoes.

I ordered a pair of Croc shoes online, paid for them with a credit card and received from Crocs a confirmation of my order. Over two weeks passed and I emailed them as to where my shoes were. They did not answer my email so I called them. I was informed the shoes never went out and were unavailable now. When I complained they offered me 25% off another pair of shoes. The shoes I ordered were on sale so 25% off another pair was not a great deal. Not only did Crocs waste a lot of my time but I would not trust them ever again to be professional and deliver the shoes, any shoes!

What’s not to like?
Well, unless you like shoes that have actual shape to them.
Rather than looking like you put garbage bags made of faux leather on your feet. The place is well-run and the staff are super nice. But even I like to think of myself as having a little more style than this. My sister seemed to dig the place, though, and if my family’s happy, then I am happy.
