I called Joni to help out a customer of ours whose house we were painting. They came out to install a water supply line to the refrigerator. They were fast, friendly, and very professional. Upon further inspection of my clients new home they found several things that needed updates in the basement. My client was very pleased at how thorough and professional they were throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company. I’ve been in the trades a long time and companies like crown plumbing are rare. Call them, you won’t be disappointed.

The owner is really nice but $ 1000 to swap out a 40 gallon electric water heater? No thanks. They also never got back to me on a quote for installing a tankless water heater outside.
I ended up mostly doing the job myself. I bought a $ 250 tank from Home Depot and got most of the fittings around $ 50. After setting it up and having a couple of minor leaks in the new piping, I hired a friend of a friend who is a professional plumber. They fixed the pipes and charged a very reasonable fee for the labor since I had done most of the work already.

We had good contacts with their office folks. Arrived on time (actually a little ahead), worked diligently to find our leak, which took a little doing and repaired for a more than fair cost. We were recommended to them by a neighbor friend and will do the same for anyone that asks.

This company is so incompetent and uncaring about their incompetence I don’t even know where to begin. They gave me a bid and then came in 3K over it, then come to find out they plumbed our whole home incorrectly for the type of hot water heater we had and then wouldn’t even fix it. We had to spend another $ 1500 with a different company to have it done correctly. Their incompetence is mind blowing, stay very far away!

These people are on the ball! I called and told them we might have a sewage clog but not sure. The lady I spoke to referred me to Pro Drain who was supposed to come at 2 and I heard the doorbell ring at 11. I answered and it was a plumber. I assumed they were from Pro Drain. The man came in, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it within 15 minutes and the price was extremely reasonable! He explained in detail what the problem was and was so nice. Well, at 2 Pro Drain came and I told them I thought it was them who came earlier. I checked the receipt and it was Crown Plumbing! When I asked him why he came early, he said he was in the neighborhood and thought he’d go ahead and stop by to check the problem. We’ll be using them from here on in!

Had a small leak in a copper fitting in a re-​plumb we did about 25 years ago. Pretty sure George Morlan did the work but that was a few years ago so tough to remember. Anyway, we figured this would last a lifetime and was shocked to find a leak!
We called Morlan and they referred us to Crown as they do not do that type of work anymore.
Met with Zak Slicher at the house right on time and he instantly found a dried up gasket on a bleeder valve. Took him 5 minutes to fix and then asked if we had any other plumbing issues. We discussed a few minor problems and got great advice.
Zak and his team were very professional and they will be our first call next time we need a plumber!

I created a Unilocal account just for making this review. I recently bought a new kitchen sink, faucet, and disposal at George Morlan and they referred to me Crown Plumbing for installation. I could not be happier with my experience!
They showed up on time and did the work in less time than I would have anticipated. They were so courteous and explained everything I would need to know about my new disposal.
I HIGHLY recommend Crown Plumbing if you need a plumber in the Portland Metro area!

Crown Plumbing sent Zak, the Plumber, to address several of our complicated plumbing issues. All tasks were completed with as much explanation as we needed to make choices between options he proposed for each problem. He even advised us on replacing an ancient kitchen sink without altering our 1909 cabinets. We now know who we will confidently call for all future plumbing needs. Zak gave me a courtesy call and showed up right on time. He was thorough in his inspection and was quick to diagnose the problem. His recommendations made sense and the price was reasonable. On top of all that he finished the job much faster than I expected. I plan on calling Zak again for my next plumbing project.

Rick did a wonderful job setting a tile drain and plumbing for a new shower head. Jonni was great with scheduling us in. Timely, professional and exceptional service!

Zak arrived (earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise) and within 30 minutes, he had our drain cleared. He patiently explained the situation he found, how he was going to fix it, and what we could do to prevent recurrences. He even offered to clear an outside drain, a problem that we’d lived with for years.
A very nice woman answered my phone call before the office had fully opened, and after I described the problem, she scheduled Zak to come to my home the same day, describing him as the «drain guru». I have to agree with her!
I will use Crown Plumbing in the future and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
