We contracted the custom stone LLC through Costco but the worker drilled a hole in my pipe and promised me that he will fix it. However, he didn’t shutdown the main valve so we had water damage through out our house. Cindy didn’t respond and even sued us for more money for the unfinished work! Do not touch this business.

Cindy and Mark are awesome. I love the granite in my new kitchen.

Crew worked hard to get job done despite cabinet guy who did a poor job on cabinet install.

We LOVE our new countertop! Not only did we have amazing selections and were handled professionally and courteously, the installation was seamless (and flawless). Lee and Cody gave us options about the installation and communicated very well throughout the process. Cindy is amazing to work with, our end result is beautiful and we will enjoy it for the lifetime of our home.

The previous review by Cynthia H was Not a customer of ours, someone we gave an estimate to or ever met. It is sad when a competitor feels the need to act like a customer and leave a fraudulent bad review. I guess people do this when they are desperate and they know you have a Great Reputation and your Real Customers would only build you up… I hope Unilocal will do the right thing and remove it.

Customer service here was great the counter top was done on time and the prices were great. I would definitely recommend them to a friend

When we remodeled our Kitchen we called around and got several bids on granite counter tops. These folks came in middle of the road price wise, but I got along great with their estimator, so we went with them. She helped us pick out the material, the edge detail and the thickness of the granite we wanted.
They came and did a template, we decided to keep my current backsplash and slip the granite under and the height worked out perfectly. We went to their facility in Milwaukee and picked out our marble from huge slabs in their warehouse, which was an adventure!
The day they installed the guys came right on time and had it installed in just a few hours, their template was spot on because the granite was cut perfectly. It slipped right in and it looks fantastic. As a bonus they gave me a matching cutting board and a set of granite cleaner/​sealer.
I highly recommend these folks!
