this doctor tries to take you off all your medications and doesn’t even read your medical file before making these big decisions. she misdiagnosed me and it could of been life threatening if i didn’t get a second opinion. shes not a very good doctor in my opinion. shes no longer in oregon either.

Debra is no longer practicing at this office (she left three years ago), nor is she a practicing physician in the state of Oregon.

Love Dr. Debra! She takes the time to listen to your issues. Billing has always been wonky (pay, get reimbursed, receive a bill), but that’s not entirely their fault.

Dr. Debra Glasser, who is part of Multi-​Specialty Health Clinic, is FABULOUS: respectful, funny, extremely thorough and knowledgeable about both holistic and allopathic care, a great listener who spent over an hour with me, but was also on time!
She’s an internist, which means she has additional and more specific training than a family medicine practitioner, and this shows! She has specific training in internal medicine, such as stomach issues, and in treating food/​gluten allergies. Being conscious about prices for patients, esp. tests not necessarily covered by insurance, she orders tests from a very efficient but affordable clinic ($ 85 as opposed to $ 400 often ordered by Naturopaths).
She talked to me like I am an intelligent human being who cares about my health. This felt good. Having experienced this, I realize how rarely this happens with doctors and patients.
She also takes many types of insurance.
In addition, the staff at Multi-​Specialty Health Clinic are all very friendly and efficient. For example, they had already called about my insurance when I got to the appointment, and were on top of my paperwork.
I felt cared for, respected, and heard. In research, they’ve found that patients cared for by empathic doctors get better 3x faster. Given this statistic, I bet Dr. Glasser’s patients are all pretty healthy. ;)

Dr. Debra is great. She is truly a holistic care doctor and will work with patients to help intuit what is really going on. And, while she tries everything homeopathic or natural first, she will not hesitate to use allopathic medicine when it matters.
