Not only was he a pleasure to pass ideas by, but his attentive customer service is top notch. I needed two rings redesigned by Todd and I was more than impressed with his ideas, his care and attention to detail, his professional demeanor, and the turn around time. From this interaction I have entrusted other pieces to him and even had an estate collection appraised. Each and every time I have called upon his services he has gone above and beyond my expectations, and has remained consistent with quality, craftsmanship, and trustworthiness. I took it to Diamonds by Passerini and they had the perfect diamond to match it and turned it into beautiful earrings for me. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and prices are very reasonable. The owner is a great guy who truly took care of me. Time and again he’s found me exactly what I was looking for and kept me within my budget. He’s fun to shop with, will take the time to educate you on your stone of choice and best of all, he didn’t squirm when I mentioned the jewelry was for my same-​sex partner. Turn around time is quick too, from stone to setting. Just got my last purchased appraised and it was valued at about double what I paid. Great experience all around!
